Which is first! ACCOUNTABLE FATHER RESPONSIBLE FATHER
There are two (2) parts prepare men to become fathers. The first part is to complete the training for Male Development.
The second part to achieving success as a father is to meet the expectations of the community. The community has a right to place expectations upon the family as residents, neighbors, and public resources.
The challenge is to develop skills to impact more than one home. The skills are handed down to the children, and eventually when they are processed out of the primary residence; these skills will continue to be impactful. This transition would be the result of the father's
demonstrated and balance as the house-band. He is the one who holds things together from the inside, and the head of the family, the final responsibility for spiritual, educational and financial direction
Phase 2 is available after completion of Male Development L1-2-3

Building and Structuring a home and identifying Pre/Post principles
Learning to speak to the 4 Qualities of a Child
Meeting the Expectation of Family
How to acquire and control resources; meeting the expectation of employment
